Delete your Vellafolio account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the website or the Android app. It takes about a minute.

How to delete it

1. Sign in at vellafolio.com/account, or open the Vellafolio app and sign in.
2. In My documents, open the Account tab and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Enter your password, type DELETE, and tap Delete permanently.

What is deleted

• Your account, name, email address and password.
• Every document you saved, your folders and portfolios.
• Every share link you made. They stop working straight away.
• Any business records you created in your account.
• Any subscription, which is cancelled.

Everything is removed straight away. Backup copies are erased automatically within 30 days and are never used to restore what you deleted.

What we keep

Records of paid plans and invoices are kept for at least five years, as Australian tax law requires. They never include your documents or full card details.

Can't sign in?

Email privacy@vellafolio.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you and delete it within 30 days.
