About these terms
These terms apply when you use Vellafolio, operated by Rumbidzai Matikiti, ABN 55 939 576 005, Western Australia, Australia. By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Vellafolio.
The service
Vellafolio provides online tools to scan, convert, edit, sign and organise documents. The tools run in your web browser and process files on your device. We may add, change or remove features, and we will try to give notice of significant changes.
Your documents and responsibilities
Your documents remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to use, change and share the documents you work with, and for checking results before relying on them. Keep your original files: Vellafolio always creates a new copy and never changes your original.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vellafolio to break the law; to forge documents, signatures or identity documents; to infringe anyone's rights; or to attack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service.
Results and limitations
Conversions and edits are automatic and formatting can change, particularly when converting Word, Excel or scanned documents. Visual signatures are not certified digital signatures. White-out covers content visually but does not remove it from the file.
Free and paid plans
The free plan includes a daily task limit and file-size limit. Paid plans are not yet available. Before you buy one, we will show its price, inclusions, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vellafolio is provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
